Barbara Gavin / Managing Director, CompuForce

Since 1999, Barbara has been responsible for overseeing all divisional operations. During that time frame she has more than tripled the size of the business and introduced new services to our client base.

Barbara has more than 25 years of management experience in the information technology and supplemental staffing/consulting industries. Prior to joining CompuForce as Managing Director, Barbara worked for such industry leaders as Digital Equipment Corporation, Vanstar/Inacom and Olsten Staffing Services. Her combined experiences have made her a true expert in overseeing the recruitment, evaluation and placement of our technology consultants.

Barbara holds a BS degree from Bloomfield College.

Claude Siclait / Director of Recruiting, CompuForce

Claude joined us in 1999 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruiting function, including developing effective sourcing/hiring strategies, screening and salary negotiation. Our team of technical recruiting professionals report to Claude. Prior to joining CompuForce, Claude was a technical recruiter with Elite Technical Services in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

He holds a BS degree from Florida International University.
